 ◆ Overview: 

 The valve positioner, divided into pneumatic valve locator, electro-gas valve locator and intelligent valve locator according to the structure, is the main accessory of the regulating valve. It is usually used in conjunction with the pneumatic regulator. It accepts the output signal of the regulator, and then uses its output signal to control the pneumatic regulator valve. When the regulating valve moves, the displacement of the stem is fed back to the valve positioner through the mechanical device, and the valve position is transmitted to the upper system through the electrical signal. 

 ◆ How it works: 

 The valve positioner is the main accessory of the control valve. It compares the stem displacement signal as the input feedback measurement signal and the controller output signal as the setting signal. When the two are deviated, the output signal to the actuator is changed to make the actuator move, and the one-to-one correspondence relationship between the stem displacement and the controller output signal is established. Therefore, the valve positioner is composed of a feedback control system with stem displacement as the measurement signal and controller output as the setting signal. The control variable of the control system is the output signal of the valve locator to the actuator.
