 The working principle of the sanitary pneumatic quick-install butterfly valve is to use the pneumatic actuator to drive the rotation of the valve flap. When the pneumatic actuator receives the signal from the control system, it pushes the piston or film movement through compressed air, which drives the valve stem to rotate, and the valve stem then drives the valve flap to rotate. When the valve flap rotates parallel to the axis of the pipeline, the valve opens and the medium can pass through; when the valve flap rotates 90° to the axis of the pipeline, the valve closes and interrupts the flow of the medium. By controlling the air intake and pressure of the pneumatic actuator, the rotation angle of the valve flap can be accurately controlled, so as to adjust the medium flow rate.
