◆ Working principle:
In a non-working state, the single-acting valve is normally closed or normally open due to the action of spring force. When the actuator piston is affected by compressed gas, overcome the spring force and the valve is opened or closed. The double-acting form completely relies on compressed gas to control the valve switch, and realizes the opening and closing control of the valve by changing the flow direction of compressed air. The positioner will use the position sensor to monitor the valve position in real time according to the input 4-20mA signal, and adjust the action of the pneumatic actuator through the electrical control system and microprocessor, so that the valve can accurately reach and maintain the required opening position to achieve accurate flow control.
◆ Technical parameters:
Pressure range: The pipeline pressure is generally Max1.6MPa-2.5MPa, and the control pressure is usually between 0.3MPa-0.8MPa.
Medium temperature: generally -30℃-180℃, and the high temperature type can reach -30℃-300℃.
