Quick-install pneumatic angle seat valve with signal feedback

◆ How it works: 

 The basic working principle of the quick-loading pneumatic corner seat valve is to control the opening and closing of the corner seat valve through the pneumatic actuator. When there is a gas source input, the piston of the pneumatic actuator is displaced under air pressure, driving the movement of the spool through the stem, so as to realize the opening and closing of the valve. The signal feedback function is realized by installing a limit switch or other signal feedback device on the valve. When the valve reaches the fully open or fully closed position, the limit switch will be triggered, and the corresponding electrical signal will be fed back to the control system to inform the valve of the current position status of the valve. 

 ◆ Technical parameters: 

 Pressure range: Generally 0-16bar. 

 Media temperature: usually between -10°C and +180°C. 

 Ambient temperature: generally -10°C-+60°C. 

 Valve body material: Commonly stainless steel 304 and 316. 

 Sealing material: mostly polytetrafluoroethylene PTFE. 

 Actuator shell: Generally polyamide. 

 Control the pressure: usually between 3-8 bars.

 It is widely used in beer, textile printing, dyeing and bleaching, pharmaceutical and medical equipment, food processing, rubber machinery, organic and inorganic chemicals, cleaning and disinfection, high-temperature sterilization, water treatment and other industries.
