◆ Working principle: 

 When the pneumatic actuator receives a signal from the control system, the compressed air enters the cylinder of the actuator to push the piston to move. The piston drives the valve stem to rotate through the connecting mechanism, which moves the valve core in the valve seat to open or close the valve. The signal feedback device detects the position of the valve stem or valve core and feedbacks the actual state of the valve to the control system in the form of electrical signals, so that the operator can understand the working situation of the valve in real time. 

 ◆ Technical parameters: 

 Pressure range: generally around 0 - 16bar. 

 Medium temperature: usually between -10℃ and +180℃, some high-temperature types can reach higher temperatures. 

 Ambient temperature: generally - 10℃ - +60℃. 

 Valve body and valve core material: mainly stainless steel 304, 316, etc. 

 Sealing material: Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is mostly used. 

 Actuator shell: usually made of polyamide and other materials. 

 Air source pressure: double action is generally 3 - 8 bar, and single action is 4 - 8 bar.
