Manual tank bottom diaphragm valve

◆ Product Overview:

Manual tank bottom diaphragm valve is a kind of valve that is often used in the discharge of reaction containers in pharmaceutical, biological, fine chemical, food and other clean industries. The manual tank bottom diaphragm valve operates the opening and closing of the valve through the handwheel or handle. When the handwheel or handle is rotated, it will drive the valve stem to move up and down, thus deforming the diaphragm. The deformation of the diaphragm will change the cross-sectional area of the valve channel, thus controlling the flow rate of the material. When the diaphragm moves up, the valve opens, and the material can be discharged through the valve body channel; when the diaphragm moves down, the diaphragm is tightly attached to the flow channel of the valve body to prevent the material from passing, so as to achieve the cut-off control of the material.

Products and services that meet fluid control requirements

Each process, each facility, and each environmental constraint has its own special requirements. As a result, Kinko offers a comprehensive range of products that include different performance levels, pressures, functions and materials.

Product Application Range

These equipment is suitable for accurate control of gases, liquids, steam and other media, while maintaining process parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature, and liquid level at given values. It is especially suitable for working places where the allowable pressure difference is small and the allowable leakage is small.
