◆ Product overview:
The working principle of the sanitary pneumatic welding butterfly valve is based on the drive of the butterfly plate by the pneumatic actuator. When the pneumatic actuator receives the signal from the control system, it controls the compressed air into the different chambers of the actuator according to the type of signal (such as the air pressure signal or the air pressure signal after the electrical signal is converted). For the double-acting actuator, the piston moves back and forth in the cylinder by controlling the intake and exhaust at both ends of the cylinder, thus driving the valve stem and the butterfly plate to rotate; for the single-acting actuator, the butterfly plate is usually closed under the action of spring reset, and the opening is completed by pushing the piston by compressed air. When the butterfly plate rotates parallel to the axis of the pipeline, the valve is fully open, and the medium can flow freely in the pipeline; when the butterfly plate rotates 90° perpendicular to the axis of the pipeline, the valve is completely closed and the flow of the medium is cut off. By accurately controlling the action of the pneumatic actuator, the butterfly plate can be positioned at different angles, so as to accurately adjust the flow of the medium.
