 Similar to ordinary butterfly valves, the pull rod external threaded butterfly valve controls the opening and closing of the valve by rotating the butterfly plate, thus controlling the flow of the medium. When the pull rod rotates the stem, the stem drives the butterfly plate to rotate around the shaft. When the butterfly plate plane is parallel to the axis of the pipe, the valve opens and the medium can pass smoothly; when the butterfly plate rotates 90° perpendicular to the pipe axis, the valve closes and the medium flow is cut off. In addition, by controlling the rotation angle of the butterfly plate, the media flow can also be adjusted.
