 The working principle of the sanitary three-piece welded ball valve is to drive the valve stem to rotate through the drive device (such as manual, pneumatic or electric actuators), and the valve stem then drives the ball to rotate around the axis. When the through hole of the sphere is aligned with the axis of the pipe, the valve is open, and the medium can pass through the valve smoothly; when the sphere rotates 90°, making the through hole perpendicular to the axis of the pipe, the sphere completely cuts off the pipe, and the valve is closed to prevent the flow of the medium. By controlling the rotation angle of the sphere, the adjustment of the medium flow rate can be realized.
