 The working principle of the sanitary manual welding ball valve is to drive the valve stem to rotate through manual rotation and operation mechanism, and the valve stem then drives the ball to rotate around its axis. When the through hole on the sphere is aligned with the axis of the pipe, the valve is fully open, and the medium can flow freely in the pipe; when the sphere rotates 90°, making the through hole perpendicular to the axis of the pipe, the valve is completely closed, cutting off the flow of the medium. By manually controlling the rotation angle of the sphere, the adjustment of the medium flow rate can be realized. Due to the rapid opening and closing of the ball and the good sealing performance, the sanitary manual welding ball valve can quickly and accurately control the opening and flow of the medium.
