Pneumatic tank bottom valve

◆ Product Overview:

Pneumatic tank bottom valve is a common fluid control device, which is generally installed at the bottom of the tank for sampling, drainage, etc., and can also be integrated for SIP/CIP. The working principle of the pneumatic tank bottom valve is to control the up and down movement of the valve core through the pneumatic actuator, so as to realize the opening and closing of the valve and the flow regulation. When the pneumatic actuator receives the control signal, it will drive the valve core to move down and close the valve; when the control signal disappears, the pneumatic actuator will drive the valve core to move up and open the valve.

Products and services that meet fluid control requirements

Each process, each facility, and each environmental constraint has its own special requirements. As a result, Kinko offers a comprehensive range of products that include different performance levels, pressures, functions and materials.

Product Application Range

These equipment is suitable for accurate control of gases, liquids, steam and other media, while maintaining process parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature, and liquid level at given values. It is especially suitable for working places where the allowable pressure difference is small and the allowable leakage is small.
